Activation Alert
Volunteers in our database receive an alert detailing a serve opportunity matching their profile.

Availability & Assignment
Volunteers confirm their availability. Our coordinators then assign roles based on the volunteer's skills, training, and the specific needs on the ground.

On-Site Briefing & Deployment
Upon arrival at the staging area, volunteers receive a just-in-time briefing on the current situation and safety protocols before being deployed to their assignments.

Ongoing Support & Demobilization
Throughout the deployment, team leaders provide support. Afterwards, we conduct debriefings to ensure the well-being of our volunteers.
